Paula Lynne Warner passed away Saturday May 25, 2019. She was born in Evansville In. Sept.22,1954.
She was born to Allene J. and James P. Grubbs. Paula loved being a nurse. She earned her R.N.Diploma
in 1975 from Deaconess School of Nursing and retired from St.Vincents Hospital in Indianapolis after
35 yrs. Paula is survived by her husband John Warner of 43 yrs. and her Brother Mark Grubbs and his wife Mary
