Obituary
Evangelia Kitcoff passed away July 26, 2019. She was born April 20, 1937, to Lazarus and Elefteria Papalazaro, in Edessa, Greece. Evangelia was blessed with 61 years of marriage to Anastas “Tashe” V. Kitcoff. Mrs. Kitcoff was a cake decorator at Tashe's Bakery, making wedding and birthday cakes for patrons for over 45 years. She loved to garden and landscape the yard with lilies, lilacs, and roses. Evangelia cooked delicious ethnic Greek and Macedonian foods at home and made sure all guests were fed full before they left. Mrs. Kitcoff is survived by her husband of 61 years Tashe Kitcoff; son, Louie Kitcoff; granddaughters, Madison Kitcoff and Cheyenne Kitcoff; and sisters Helen, Dina, and Tulee.

Dear Tashe and Louie,
Our sorrow for the loss of our wonderful sister, your loving wife, and your doting mother knows no bounds.
Evangelia was a wonderful and caring person, whom missed every day since she moved to the US to start her own family.
We were fortunate to have been able to visit you over the years and keep the memories of our childhood alive with Evangelia alive.
She has been with us in spirit all these years and will continue to be with us.
We have been blessed to have her in our lives, and we will celebrate her every day.
Our heartfelt wishes and best thoughts go out to you. Be strong, as she has always been: She is in a beautiful place, together with our parents.

Louie: During a visit to Indy this fall, my mom said she had read that your mother had passed away recently, so I found this notice online. I just wanted to share my sincere condolences for your loss. Whenever I saw her in high school, in Haughville or Brownsburg, she was always kind and welcoming. My best to you and your family.
