Pat J. Dial, 67, of Indianapolis passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2019. She was born in Staunton, Virginia on July 19, 1952 to Sylvia Geraldine and William Henry Johnson, and spent most of her younger years in Jacksonville, Florida. She worked in medical supplies and trucking logistics. 

 

Pat enjoyed dancing, shopping, and was a fan of baseball. She was a great mother who poured into her son and his many sports and school activities. Pat greatly supported her husband David and son Ryan during their job relocations to Athens, Greece, Crete, Greece, Jacksonville, FL, Oklahoma City, OK, Winnipeq, Canada and Indianapolis, IN. Pat's greatest hobby later in life was spoiling her grandkids. 

 

Pat is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, David Dial; son, Ryan (Falynn) Dial; grandson, Lennon Dial; granddaughter, Raeleigh Dial; brother-in-law, Gary Dial; sister-in-law, Pat Dial; and nephews, Matt Dial, Steve Dial, Scott Dial, Chad Hawley, DJ Johnson; and niece, Baylee Joudi. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, David Johnson; and sister, Susan Johnson.

David and Ryan and family, We are so sorry for your loss, and ours. Pat was such a dynamic and giving lady. I remember well all the hours we spent working at Chapel Glenn and her dedication to all the children there.
