Frances Keenan

Frances Keenan, 76 was born to the union of Eugene and Elizabeth Judge.  Frances was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on October 26, 1942.  She was a waitress at many restaurants including Max's Allegheny Taven, Otto's Houfbrau Haus, and Caffe Amante, before retiring in 2012.  Frances passed away on October 15, 2019.  She is survived by her son, James Keenan, his wife Amy Keenan and grandchildren Seth and Sean of Avon, Indiana.
