Ronnie Lee Patterson, 69, of Indianapolis passed away on Monday, November 11, 2019. He was born in Anderson, Indiana to Orville Patterson and Barbara Ann Draper on August 10, 1950. Ronnie attended Muncie Central High School and Ball State University. He worked at Allison's in Speedway, after leaving Allison's he started his own business, Patterson's Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents; step-mother, Joyce Patterson; and brother, Jimmie Patterson. He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Koot (Kathudra) Patterson; sons, Jason (Tracey) Patterson and Brandon (Ashley) Patterson; daughter, Jill (Aaron) Kruse; step-son, Carlos Aguirre: sisters, Cathy (John) Goodwin, Nancy (Ted) Farmer and Robin (Jim) West; grandsons, Ben, Parker, Ethan, Ryeland and Ari; granddaughters, Paige and Palmer; good friends, Dave and Vicki Oedy; and the mother of his children, Janice Duncan Moon; and nieces, Nikki and Shannon Patterson

Ronnie was very fun loving! Always congenial and ready to share a laugh! Fun and adventurous in high school and after high school! Ronnie made my life better by sharing memories of times past as we would play much tennis together for at least 2 years. I wish I could have seen and spoken to him before he passed. For that I am regretful! Deepest sympathies to all family and friends! Art Miller said that!

I am sorry to learn of Ronnie's passing. His sons and their mother, Janice, are in my prayers, along with other family members. I am both touched and inspired by the last line of this obituary. I will find an opportunity to honor Ronnie as suggested.

Ron was such a good friend to my dad Jose and he helped take care of Juan so well. He was a very kind soul!! So sorry for your loss.
