John Stewart

John Gordon Stewart was born on January 31st, 1930 in Hamilton Co. Indiana, near Noblesville, to the late John and Esther Stewart. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ann E (Seeright), son John Bruce Stewart, daughter Elizabeth Appleget, grandson Mark P Appleget, sisters Donetta Oldam, Marilyn Turner, Janet Haskett and brother Donald Joe Stewart. He is survived by granddaughter Jessica Bartley, Sister Barbara Godby, 4 great grand children and companion Dorothy Eisman. John was a member of Georgetown Methodist Church, served on several committees as well as Sunday School Leader for many years. He was employed in the petroleum industry for 37 after farming livestock and grain in Hamilton Co. In for several years. Upon retirement he was employed part time at the Bass Pro Shop in Clarksville.
