Zivka Rankovich

Zivka Jovan Rankovich, 94, Fishers , Indiana, passed away peacefully at home on March 7, 2020, with her son and daughter-in-law by her side. Zivka was born on February 14, 1926 in Beograd, Serbija to Borka and Jovan Simic. She was preceded in death by her husband Milomir Rankovich, her parents Borka and Jovan Simic, her brother Zivorad “Lale” Simic, and sister Olga Bujas and their spouses. She is survived by her son Predrag “Pete” Rankovich and daughter-in-law Ann Rankovich, her sister-in-law Nada Matich, niece Elizabeth Todorovic (and her children; Danica and Maksim), and her niece Jasna Markovic (and her children; Dragan and Milica), and nephew Boris Bujas. Visitation will be held on March10, 2020 between 5-7 P.M. with a service following the visitation at St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church at 7855 Marsh Road Indianapolis, IN 46278. Burial Services will be in New Gracanica Cemetery in Third Lake Illinois at 11:00 AM on March 11, 2020. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church.
