Jason Loftus

Jason Michael Loftus, aged 34 years, joined his mother, Mary Loftus, the love of his life, Amanda O'Rear, and his other loved ones on April 14th, 2020. Jason was born in Indianapolis on March 17th, 1986. Jason was a graduate of Cardinal Ritter High School in Indianapolis and attended IVY Tech. and Ball State University in Muncie. Jason was a kind and quiet soul who enjoyed visiting with his friends, watching sports with Nick and Cathy Loftus, and spending time with his dog, Honey. He is survived by his father & stepmother Terry and Cathy J. Loftus, his sister Jennifer Loftus, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. There will be a private graveside service at Calvary Cemetery, 435 W Troy Ave. Indianapolis, where Jason will be laid to rest next to his mother. There will be a Celebration of Life held at a later date. In lieu of flowers the Loftus family asks that donations be made to The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, www.jdrf.org.
