James B. Mills, 32, of Indianapolis passed away on April 23, 2020. James was also born in Indianapolis on December 25, 1987 to Lonnie D. and Jessie L. Bell. James was a High School graduate and a Landscaper by trade. He liked sport activities like soft ball, basketball, wrestling and bowling. James was preceded in death by his brothers Thomas Parker and Kevin Mills; maternal grandparents Grace and Jay Thomas; and paternal grandmother Goldie Mills. James is survived by his parents; step-father Terry Bell; daughter Patience Mills, sister Stefanie Bell; brothers Jason Nibarger, Jeffrey Parker, Anthony Mills and Casey Bell and Lonnie Mills; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; and the mother of his child Ashley Coats. James was a loving and devoted to all he loved. He was loved by so many and will be deeply missed by all. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly ask that donations be made to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, please write your check to Vibrant Emotional Health and mail it to Attention: Development, 50 Broadway, Fl 19, New York, NY 10004. Funeral services are private and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.

James was the sweetest kid you could ever know. Loved it when we took him to the fair and saw all the animals. I am so sad that he is gone. I love you James and my dear friend Jessie Bell I love you always
